You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Email with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage.
